If the buyer has the capital required to make the purchase, we proceed to step 2. If the buyer requires credit, we will manage their approval of the loan with a financial institution.

Define the property type

For this we recommend looking in the section that responds to your requirement: New houses, Existing houses, Business for sale or Land for sale

Signing of the purchase option contract

The buyer and seller sign the agreement, the whole process can be done online.

Final closing

Between 30 and 45 days, all the documentation is processed for the definitive transfer of the property title, payment of the pending balance and delivery of keys to the property.
