Steps to make the purchase

You can buy a house kit in 4 steps

Step 1

Once the consultation with the city of what is allowed in the field, Survey, is obtained, we proceed to choose one of the model houses.

Step 2

A reservation contract is made with the $ 1,000 contribution for the purchase that house-markets.com gives away. This voucher can be used exclusively for the reservation of any new property on houses-markets.com and is non-refundable.

Step 3

The buyer hires the general contractor within the following 15 days who will be in charge of the foundation and details to install the house, as well as the transfer from the factory to the land of the acquired house.

Step 4

The buyer completes the purchase of the house, which will be delivered within the next 60 days, (*) following the completion of the purchase contract. Period in which the buyer must have completed the foundation on the land.
